Welcome to Pathway 2 PA. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Pathway 2 PA website, educational resources, coaching services, consulting services, programs, digital products, and other services offered by Pathway 2 PA (“Pathway 2 PA,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By accessing our website, purchasing a product or service, scheduling a consultation, enrolling in a program, or otherwise using our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our website or services.
1. About Pathway 2 PA
Pathway 2 PA provides educational resources, mentoring, coaching, and admissions consulting for individuals interested in pursuing physician assistant (“PA”) education and related career goals.
Services may include, but are not limited to:
PA school application guidance
Application strategy
Personal statement and essay review
Resume and CV review
CASPA-related guidance
Interview preparation and mock interviews
School selection guidance
Academic and extracurricular planning
Mentorship and coaching
Educational workshops, courses, guides, templates, and other resources
Specific services, deliverables, pricing, and terms may vary depending on the program or service purchased.
2. Educational and Admissions Disclaimer
Pathway 2 PA provides educational, informational, coaching, and consulting services only.
Pathway 2 PA does not guarantee admission, an interview, acceptance, scholarship, employment, academic success, or any other particular outcome from using our services.
Admissions decisions are made independently by individual physician assistant programs, colleges, universities, admissions committees, and other organizations. Many factors outside of our control may affect an applicant’s candidacy and admissions outcome.
Advice, recommendations, edits, strategies, and other information provided by Pathway 2 PA represent our professional or educational opinions and should not be interpreted as a guarantee of any particular result.
You remain solely responsible for your applications, submissions, academic decisions, deadlines, prerequisite requirements, communications with programs, and verification of information provided to schools or application services.
3. No Affiliation With PA Programs or Admissions Organizations
Unless expressly stated otherwise, Pathway 2 PA is an independent educational and admissions consulting service.
Pathway 2 PA is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or officially associated with the Physician Assistant Education Association (“PAEA”), the Centralized Application Service for Physician Assistants (“CASPA”), the Accreditation Review Commission on Education for the Physician Assistant (“ARC-PA”), any individual PA program, college, university, admissions committee, or other educational institution.
Any names, trademarks, or references to third-party organizations or educational institutions are used for identification and informational purposes only.
4. Accuracy of Information
We make reasonable efforts to provide helpful and accurate information. However, PA program requirements, admissions policies, prerequisites, deadlines, tuition, application procedures, accreditation information, and other details may change at any time.
We do not guarantee that all information on our website, in our resources, or discussed during coaching sessions will always be complete, current, or error-free.
Users are responsible for independently verifying important information directly with CASPA, individual PA programs, universities, accreditation organizations, or other appropriate official sources before making academic, financial, or career decisions.
5. Client Responsibilities
By using Pathway 2 PA services, you agree to provide accurate and truthful information.
You remain responsible for:
Ensuring that all information submitted in your applications is truthful and accurate
Meeting application and program deadlines
Confirming prerequisite and admissions requirements
Submitting your own applications
Reviewing materials before submission
Communicating with PA programs and other institutions
Making final decisions regarding your education and career
Pathway 2 PA is not responsible for missed deadlines, incomplete applications, application errors, changes in admissions requirements, or decisions made by educational institutions.
6. Academic Integrity and Authenticity
Pathway 2 PA supports ethical and authentic applications.
Our editing and coaching services are intended to help clients communicate their own experiences, qualifications, goals, and ideas more effectively. We do not guarantee that any particular edit or recommendation will be accepted by an educational institution.
Clients are responsible for ensuring that all submitted application materials comply with the rules, policies, honor codes, certification requirements, and academic integrity standards of CASPA and the institutions to which they apply.
Pathway 2 PA will not knowingly assist with falsifying credentials, fabricating experiences, misrepresenting qualifications, or engaging in other fraudulent or dishonest conduct.
7. Purchases and Payments
Prices for Pathway 2 PA services and products will be provided upon request.
By purchasing a service or product, you agree to provide accurate payment and billing information and authorize the applicable charges.
Unless otherwise stated, all prices are listed in U.S. dollars.
We reserve the right to change our prices, services, packages, or offerings at any time. Changes will not retroactively affect services already purchased unless otherwise agreed.
8. Cancellations, Rescheduling, and Refunds
Cancellation, rescheduling, and refund policies may vary depending on the service or program purchased. Any service-specific cancellation or refund policy presented at the time of booking or purchase will also apply.
Unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase, payments for completed services, digital products, downloadable materials, and services for which work has already begun are non-refundable.
Pathway 2 PA reserves the right to establish reasonable cancellation and rescheduling requirements for consultations, coaching sessions, mock interviews, and other scheduled services.
Failure to attend a scheduled appointment without appropriate notice may result in forfeiture of the session or applicable fee.
If Pathway 2 PA must cancel a scheduled service and cannot reasonably reschedule it, we may provide a refund or credit for the affected service, as appropriate.
9. Digital Products and Educational Materials
Pathway 2 PA may offer digital products, courses, guides, templates, checklists, worksheets, videos, presentations, and other educational materials.
Unless otherwise stated, your purchase provides you with a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use these materials for your own educational purposes.
You may not reproduce, distribute, sell, sublicense, publish, upload, share, modify for resale, or commercially exploit Pathway 2 PA materials without our prior written permission.
10. Intellectual Property
All original content made available through Pathway 2 PA, including website copy, graphics, branding, logos, educational materials, guides, templates, videos, course materials, presentations, frameworks, and other content, is owned by or licensed to Pathway 2 PA and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of Pathway 2 PA intellectual property to you.
11. User-Submitted Materials
Clients may provide resumes, CVs, personal statements, essays, academic information, application materials, or other content to Pathway 2 PA for review.
You retain ownership of your original materials. By submitting materials to us, you authorize Pathway 2 PA to access, review, edit, and otherwise use those materials as reasonably necessary to provide the services you requested.
You represent that you have the right to provide any materials submitted to us and that doing so does not violate another person’s intellectual property, privacy, or other rights.
12. Testimonials and Results
Testimonials, reviews, success stories, admissions results, or other client experiences displayed by Pathway 2 PA represent individual experiences.
Past results do not guarantee future outcomes. Your experience may differ based on your academic record, clinical experience, application strength, program selection, interview performance, admissions criteria, and numerous other factors.
We will not publicly identify a client or use identifiable application materials as a testimonial or marketing material without appropriate permission.
13. No Professional, Legal, Financial, or Medical Advice
Information provided by Pathway 2 PA is intended for educational and informational purposes.
Nothing provided through our website or services should be considered legal, financial, medical, mental health, or other licensed professional advice.
Clients should consult an appropriately qualified professional regarding matters requiring professional advice.
14. Third-Party Websites and Services
Our website or services may reference or link to third-party websites, application platforms, universities, PA programs, scheduling services, payment processors, or other resources.
We do not control these third parties and are not responsible for their content, availability, policies, security, accuracy, or practices.
Use of third-party services is subject to the applicable third party’s own terms and policies.
15. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Pathway 2 PA and its owners, employees, contractors, representatives, and affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of our website, products, services, or educational materials.
Pathway 2 PA is not responsible for admissions decisions, application outcomes, missed deadlines, changes in program requirements, loss of data, decisions made based on information provided through our services, or actions taken by third parties.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pathway 2 PA’s total liability for any claim arising from a purchased service or product will not exceed the amount you paid Pathway 2 PA for the specific service or product giving rise to the claim.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, so some of these limitations may not apply to you.
16. Disclaimer of Warranties
Our website, resources, products, and services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the fullest extent permitted by law.
We make no warranties or representations that our services will produce a particular admissions, academic, career, or financial result.
17. Termination of Services
We reserve the right to refuse, suspend, or terminate services when reasonably necessary, including in cases involving abusive or threatening behavior, harassment, fraud, misuse of our materials, violation of these Terms, or requests that would require unethical or dishonest conduct.
Where appropriate, refund eligibility following termination will depend on the circumstances and the amount of services already provided.
