We are Courtney and Jennifer—two board-certified physician assistants based in New York City with a shared passion for the PA profession and a mission to see the next generation of providers succeed. Both Cornell PA program graduates with extensive clinical experience in plastic surgery, we understand firsthand the challenges of the PA school application process. Our partnership began six years ago when Courtney, then a PA student, reached out to Jennifer for mentorship, and what started as guidance quickly evolved into a deep professional bond and a commitment to helping aspiring PAs achieve their dreams.
